Davis seeks an architect to size capacity across multiple programs, from light-industrial and logistics to residential, office and retail. Target experience is around 5 to 6 years. You will bridge architectural excellence with AI-driven tools, delivering quick, credible capacity analyses and schematic designs.

Office-based role in Paris with a focus on rapid output, cross‑functional collaboration, and relentless quality. Proficiency in Rhino and Revit is essential; AutoCAD expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture.
• Around 5–6 years of experience with capacity sizing on multiple programs.
• Proficiency in Rhino and Revit; AutoCAD expected.

Responsabilités

• Analyze local planning and zoning documents and derive project assumptions.
• Set programmatic assumptions, ratios, grids and derived capacity.
• Check outputs of tools, fix issues and explain rationale.
• Develop the project from feasibility to schematic design.
• Produce graphic documents; plans, sections and diagrams.
• Arbitrate between scenarios under program, regulatory and economic constraints.
• Defend numbers to clients and stand behind decisions.
