Job summary

Davis is seeking a residential specialist in Paris, skilled in plan and drawing, with 3–4 years of agency experience. The role blends architectural credibility with AI-assisted design, overseeing a portfolio from feasibility to schematic design under supervision of a lead architect.

You will produce plans, diagrams, and capacity scenarios, ensuring fast, credible outputs for real estate developers. Strong Rhino, Revit and AutoCAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: a degree in architecture.
• Experience: around 3 to 4 years in an agency, ideally residential.
• Software: mastery of Rhino and Revit is essential, and AutoCAD is expected.
• Appetite for digital tools and AI: you should be eager to fold these tools into practice.
• Speed and synthesis: deliver credible, well-drawn capacity scenarios quickly.

Responsibilities

• Read local planning documents and derive project assumptions from them.
• Develop massing, circulation principles and capacity scenarios within regulatory rules.
• Certify architectural credibility of pipeline deliverables with rationale.
• Develop project phases from feasibility to schematic design.
• Produce graphic documents that clearly explain the project.
• Arbitrate between scenarios under programmatic, regulatory and economic constraints.
