Objective: Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of back office activities across HR, Admin, Legal, Finance, Logistics, and After Sales Services. Take ownership, deploy strategies, refine procedures, and maximize efficiencies to enhance company performance in line with Group Policies. Manage a team of four managers, supporting process evaluation and improvement, conducting analyses, and resolving issues.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  1. Finance – 1 Finance Manager (Senior)
    • Supervise annual budgeting.
    • Assist during audits and financial reviews.
    • Oversee overdue payments resolution.
    • Develop improvement plans for Finance & Administration.
  2. Logistics and Sales Operation – 1 Logistic Manager & 1 Operation Manager
    • Lead and supervise team efficiency and problem-solving.
    • Review and optimize workflows for productivity.
    • Ensure timely delivery and quality of products/services.
    • Collaborate with sales to improve performance.
    • Fine-tune incoterms and propose stock policy.
    • Coordinate with Bangkok on production priorities.
    • Maintain price lists, data in SharePoint, and contract renewals.
    • Guide and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  3. After Sales Service – 1 Manager (Senior) & 4 AFS engineers
    • Oversee after-sales support, customer inquiries, and warranty claims.
    • Implement strategies for support enhancement and customer communication.
    • Gather feedback and drive improvements.
    • Monitor service metrics for continuous customer satisfaction improvement.
    • Monitor local sourcing during emergencies.
  4. Others
    • Ensure team ownership of customer relations.
    • Propose KPIs and conduct quarterly reviews.
    • Develop Learning and Development plans.
    • Assist in PMS, KPI, and job descriptions at affiliate level.
    • Ensure contract updates and system entries.
    • Support in developing a five-year business plan.
    • Coordinate kickoff meetings for new partnerships.
    • Conduct analysis/reviews with GM and GSM, including HR topics.
