Are you ready to lead a premium villa management business in Bali from the ground up?
Binaryx is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to take full ownership of operations, team building, and performance.

What You’ll Do:

Launch and manage operations for 4–5 high-end villas (and grow to dozens)

Handle listings, pricing strategy, automation tools, calendar management, and KPIs

Build and oversee a local operational team (cleaners, house managers, front desk)

Deliver a turnkey solution for villa owners with world-class service quality

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in short-term rental or villa/hotel management (Airbnb, Booking, etc.)

Experience with premium or luxury properties is a strong plus

Independent, results-driven, and confident in taking full ownership

Based in Bali or willing to relocate
