Walmart is seeking a senior operations and logistics leader to drive performance across production, safety, and cost control at the Troutman, NC facility. You will forecast staffing, manage budgets, monitor compliance, and lead a team of managers and associates to meet business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, plus substantial management experience in logistics or retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field is required.
• 2 years experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide OR 2 years experience as a Walmart Logistics Operations Manager including supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates OR 4 years experience in a senior management role in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Forecast and follow up on staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Monitor facility compliance with logistics, quality and safety standards, and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
• Investigate concerns and resolve them using judgment or consulting others as needed.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders by directing, coaching, and evaluating, and participating in hiring and promotion.
