Team

Role

• Build your team and ensure they meet their goals
• Lead, inspire, and motivate your team, maintaining enthusiasm for the project
• Continuously improve internal game creation processes
• Implement updates with gameplay, meta-features, and monetization AB tests at a rapid pace
• Follow and enhance Voodoo’s management and onboarding guidelines
• Manage HR within your team to retain top talent and support their growth
• Share knowledge across the company and foster skill development
• Monitor and optimize game metrics
• Participate in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, and technical aspects

Profile

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
• Passion for mobile games
• Good understanding of game UX
• Experience in the mobile F2P market and a track record of successful mobile games
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Understanding of game design principles
