As part of an ambitious development strategy, we are recruiting a General Manager to oversee operations in France. You will BE responsible for overall performance (P&L), managing a team of approximately 70 people, and implementing strategic direction in an international context.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the development strategy for France (Leisure & MICE)
- Oversee local teams (reservations, operations, procurement, customer service, direct sales, MICE)
- Ensure operational excellence and high service quality
- Enhance relationships with partners : hotels, agencies, suppliers, tourism institutions
- Develop a competitive and innovative product offering aligned with market trends
- Ensure business profitability and compliance with ethical and financial standards
- Manage, motivate and grow internal talent

Ideal Profile :
- 15+ years of experience in the tourism or events sector, including 5 to 7 years in a senior management role
- In-depth knowledge of the French travel market and key industry players
- Excellent communication skills in English (professional level)
- Strong leadership, results-driven, comfortable in a multicultural environment
- Experienced in transformation, change management and process optimization
- Proficient in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
