Our client, a multibillion-dollar international group, is one of the world’s largest logistics companies.

We are looking for a seasoned freight forwarding expert with 10–15 years of experience in general management roles, ready to take on a strategic and commercial leadership position to develop the French branch of the group.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proven success in generating revenue and driving business growth in client-facing roles (sales, business development , account management)
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, including P&L management
• Oversee the financial performance of the branches
• Communicate the strategic plan, financial results, and performance metrics to teams, and adjust strategies as needed
• Ability to lead multi-site operations across France
• Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Experience managing both direct teams and cross-functional teams
• Broad knowledge of the freight forwarding market and industry (air & ocean)
• Fluent in French and English (applications and interviews will be conducted in English)
