We are hiring General Managers across France!

We are looking for professional, enthusiastic, and dedicated beer-loving General Managers to join our teams throughout France. Our English family brewery and pub company, "Wells & Co," based in the UK, has been established for over 140 years. We operate a portfolio of 160 pubs in the UK and 19 establishments in France, including Paris, La Rochelle, Lille, Reims, Lyon, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Strasbourg, and Toulouse.

Our employees develop skills through formal training and on-the-job experience. We prioritize internal promotion and offer development opportunities.

Position Details:

• Permanent contract – forfait jours
• Competitive salary: 47K€
• 5 weeks of holiday plus RTT
• 3 weeks of training in another establishment

Role Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the pub, ensuring high standards in food and drink service
• Previous General Management experience in a pub or bar
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent operational skills and back-office management
• Strong financial understanding and adaptability to business needs
• Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to grow the business
• Passion for the industry, English pubs, and great beer
• Energetic, vibrant, and capable of motivating and leading a team with passion and standards
