Description

  1. Lead the strategic planning and execution of commercial and operational initiatives to support long-term growth in Egypt.
  2. Develop and monitor sales strategies, budgets, and performance objectives to align with the organization's broader commercial vision.
  3. Ensure full compliance with local regulatory frameworks while overseeing all aspects of the local legal entity.
  4. Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated commercial success, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
  5. Design and deploy go-to-market strategies, customer engagement models, and business plans that contribute to financial and non-financial KPIs.
  6. Oversee the entire local value chain from supplier relations through to customer delivery, with an emphasis on operational efficiency.
  7. Promote data-driven decision-making in areas such as cost control, investment returns, and channel strategy.
  8. Build, coach, and retain high-performing teams within a matrix-based environment; nurture a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  9. Encourage knowledge sharing, training, and professional development across teams to ensure sustainable capability building.
  10. Champion a strong compliance culture, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and ethical standards throughout the organisation.

Profil recherché

You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in senior leadership roles, ideally including country-level responsibility, within a business-to-business environment. Your track record includes managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering on ambitious commercial goals, and driving transformation.
Proven expertise in P&L ownership, business expansion, and stakeholder engagement are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic, multicultural context will be key to your success in this position.
