About Our Client

The client is looking for a General Manager who has experience in the site construction industry.

Job Description

Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:

Development & Vision

  • Develop and implement an ambitious growth strategy: product diversification, market expansion, and export development.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships (technical, commercial, financial).
  • Promote innovation in production, design, logistics, and business models.

Structuring & Operational Excellence

  • Organize the company's key departments: workshop, sales, logistics, HR, finance, innovation, quality.
  • Establish a culture of performance, accountability, and customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations with a results-oriented approach, discipline, and resource optimization.

Leadership & Culture

  • Embody and promote the company's entrepreneurial and industrial vision.
  • Motivate, unite, and develop talent within a dynamic of continuous transformation.
  • Foster a corporate culture based on discipline, ambition, integrity, and both artisanal and industrial excellence.

Financial and Administrative Management

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and investments.
  • Ensure the company's profitability and sound resource management.
  • Guarantee regulatory, social, fiscal, and environmental compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in management, engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in General Management or industrial site leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of business development, industrialization, and organizational structuring.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing, construction, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to make decisions in action, inspire vision, and lead execution.
  • Strategic and operational fluency, with a 360° vision of the company.
  • Bilingual: English and French.
