The Role:

We seek an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and manage our small but dynamic team. Must be hands-on, bilingual (English/Bahasa Indonesia), and passionate about cosmetics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production, quality control, and supply chain.

Optimize operations for efficiency, cost reduction, and compliance (GMP/ISO standards).

Lead team management, procurement, and inventory.

Handle client/supplier relations and business development.

Prepare budgets, financial reports, and strategic plans.

Requirements:

5+ years in cosmetics/FMCG manufacturing, with 2+ years in leadership.

Degree in Business, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related field.

Strong financial, technical (ERP/MS Office), and problem-solving skills.

Passion for sustainability/ethical cosmetics preferred.
