About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team in the beautiful destination of Bali. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our resort. This is a full-time position located in Bali, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our growing hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
Providing strong and visionary leadership to the resort management team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Fostering a positive and collaborative work culture, and leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team
Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to inform data-driven decision making
Representing the resort and engaging with local authorities, community stakeholders, and industry partners
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
Strong financial acumen and the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyse data, and identify opportunities for growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Fluency in English, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia an advantage
