Vous gérerez les transactions comptables fiscales, préparerez les déclarations fiscales et proposerez des améliorations de processus dans un environnement dynamique, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes fiscales et informatiques.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme en Finance/Comptabilité, Master 2 préféré.
  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Intérêt pour les systèmes d'information et maîtrise d'Excel.

Responsabilités

  • Collaborer avec le département fiscal pour gérer les transactions comptables.
  • Préparer et soumettre les déclarations fiscales pour les entités assignées.
  • Documenter et améliorer les processus suite à la migration ERP.

YOUR ROLE

Working at the head office for the Group’s historic shipping company, the Tax Accounting team manages tax-related accounting transactions, declaration forms for tax authorities, and internal reports and documentation.

In a complex, international environment, the tax accountant should understand inter-company transactions and possess strong knowledge of information systems. They are also expected to propose process improvements to enhance internal controls.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Collaborate with the Tax Department to manage tax-related accounting transactions, prepare declaration forms, and ensure proper documentation. Responsible for booking transactions and supporting financial statement balances, with a focus on compliance.
  • Prepare and submit tax forms for assigned entities, including VAT, CFE, CVAE, DES, C3S, property tax, etc., and manage related documentation and tools (e.g., CEGID).
  • Document and improve processes following the recent ERP migration in 2023, including formalizing accounting procedures, describing schemes, and developing internal controls.
  • Propose and implement improvements in tools and processes within the evolving environment, working closely with project and IT teams.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting (Master 2 preferred)
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Interest in information systems and proficient in Excel
  • Operational English skills
  • Proactive, curious, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented
