General Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Accountant to join our finance team. This role supports the financial operations of our growing hospitality and property development business, managing day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with Xero, comfortable working across multiple departments, and capable of handling both operational and project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and reconcile all financial transactions in Xero
2. Maintain general ledgers for hospitality and development divisions
3. Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections
4. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliations
5. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and management reports including cash flow statements, P&L statements and Balance Sheet
6. Monitor budgets and track actual performance against forecasts
7. Process payroll and employee reimbursements in coordination with HR

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of accounting experience; hospitality and/or property development experience preferred
3. Proficiency in Xero is required
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cash flow management
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
8. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
9. Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
10. Immediate availability is highly preferred
