L-Acoustics is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join their team in Massy, France. This role involves overseeing fixed assets, performing monthly account reviews, handling tax returns, and reconciling intercompany transactions. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in general accounting, proficient in French and English, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Monitor acquisitions, disposals, and impairment calculations.
• Perform monthly account reviews and variance analysis.
• Prepare tax returns in collaboration with another team member.

Fixed assets & depreciation

• Monitor acquisitions, disposals, and impairment calculations
• Maintain fixed asset registers and coordinate physical inventory with controlling and relevant departments

Accounting review & closing

• Perform monthly account reviews and variance analysis
• Actively contribute to monthly and annual closings: prepare financial statements, record and justify closing entries

Tax

• Prepare tax returns (VAT, DEB, CVAE, Corporate Tax, etc.) in collaboration with another team member

Intercompany

• Reconcile intercompany transactions and analyze discrepancies

Cross‑functional projects

• Contribute to various projects such as ERP implementation in subsidiaries, process automation, and digitalization

Technical environment

• ERP: Microsoft Dynamics
• Reporting: Excel (models, macros, analysis)

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in general accounting, ideally in an international environment
• Languages: Fluent French, professional English (level to be assessed during interviews)
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Dynamics and advanced Excel
• Soft skills: Accuracy, organization, analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work cross‑functionally
• Autonomy: Proactive approach and ownership of assigned scope
