IXO is engaging specialists to evaluate scientific accuracy and safety judgments about CRISPR and gene-editing responses. Your contribution is technical work: make the reasoning inspectable, identify substantive errors and provide evidence that supports a reliable assessment.

Deliverables include annotated evaluations with explicit assumptions and reproducible checks, within a one-week scope (~10–20 hours). Compensation is USD per engagement, with potential increases for exceptional work.

Qualifications

• Current or completed master's or PhD in molecular biology or related field.
• At least two years of gene-editing bench work with Cas systems.
• Experience with guide-design tools (CHOPCHOP, CRISPick, Benchling).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy in gene-editing science.
• Identify misleading descriptions or dual-use concerns with evidence.
• Provide consistent rationales and supporting evidence for judgments.
