SnapGenix in Paris is seeking an AI/ML engineer to take GenAI systems from notebook to production — copilots, agents and retrieval-augmented applications.

You will build and evaluate retrieval, ranking and generation pipelines, own the evaluation strategy for one or two production AI systems, and work directly with client product owners and data teams to improve observability tooling and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and modern web/ML stack experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom).
• Experience with evaluation, drift detection and observability for AI.
• Comfortable in French and English client conversations.

Responsabilités
