Join to help deploy reliable GenAI capabilities in production and drive governance through observability and cost-aware practices. You will work with senior engineers across a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to CI/CD workflows, deployment automation, and governance tooling in

Qualifications

• Production software experience in Python (services, tooling, automation).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and shipping changes to production.
• Comfortable with cloud/production constraints: logs/metrics, debugging, reliability improvements.
• Interest in MLOps / GenAI operations (deploying providers/models, evaluating changes).
• Able to read/understand code beyond Python in a polyglot environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution of our ModelOps platform for GenAI: provider integrations, configuration, deployment automation.
• Implement practical patterns for running GenAI workloads in production: evaluation, versioning, reproducibility, safe rollouts/rollbacks, environment management.
• Build and improve CI/CD workflows adapted to AI: packaging, automated checks, evaluation steps, deployment, rollback.
• Improve traceability of AI assets (configs, prompts/templates, evaluation outputs, versions).
• Add and maintain observability for GenAI workloads: latency, availability, usage/cost signals.
