Capital Fund Management (CFM) is seeking a GenAI Engineer to join a team focused on advancing AI-driven research capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions, gather and analyze requirements, and turn academic AI concepts into production code.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a GenAI Engineer at CFM, you will be part of a team focused on enhancing our research capabilities through innovative AI solutions. You will engage with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to projects that automate and optimize complex processes within our research framework.

You will :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto integrate AI solutions within our existing infrastructure.
• Gather, analyze, and specify requirements, managing the development and deliverables of AI projects.
• Explore LLMs and agentic frameworks to turn academic papers into code.
• Leverage practical experience in AI technologies and frameworks, such as knowledge graphs, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI, to enhance AI capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest advancementsin AI and related technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

• Proficient programming skills in Pythonand experience with complex software projects or data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG and vector database integration
• Familiarity with key libraries and toolssuch as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenSearch, and Transformers
• Strong analytical skillsfor interpreting and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skillsand the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• No prior finance experience is needed, as relevant industry knowledge can be acquired through training and collaboration.
