Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead agile delivery across multiple squads.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities.
• Hands-on familiarity with data science workflows and AWS.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, execution, and release of ML/GenAI projects aligned with business strategy.
• Coordinate dependencies across internal and external squads and ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate quarterly planning, roadmaps, and agile ceremonies.
• Mentor teams in Scrum/Kanban and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with data science, ML operations, and product teams to optimize release processes.
