Responsabilités

• Guide internal employees in configuring and deploying agents.
• Champion best practices for IVA builders.
• Ensure consistency of agents & libraries across the organization.
• Act as proxy for agent users, maintaining relationships.
• Identify pain points and drive improvements of IVA agents.
• Provide training and support for GenAI agents.
