K&K Talents is seeking a Gen AI Architect / Principal Consultant in Paris to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

You will work with stakeholders to define AI strategy, architecture, model selection and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative AI systems.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLMs.
• Proficient with RAG, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and tool/function calling.
• Strong knowledge of agent frameworks and multi-agent architectures.

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

In the role of Gen AI Architect / Principal Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative and Agentic AI solutions. You will work with key stakeholders to define AI strategy, architecture, model selection and solution design while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure and innovative AI solutions.

Required

• Strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI and LLMs.
• Experience with RAG, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and tool/function calling.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), tools, resources, prompts and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, hybrid search, reranking and GraphRAG.
• Strong knowledge of LLMOps, evaluation, observability, guardrails and Responsible AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
• Proven experience designing scalable, secure and reliable end-to-end AI architectures.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, privacy and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama or Mistral.
• Experience with LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Experience in AI platform architecture, AI technology roadmaps and reusable agent/skill frameworks.
• Experience in data engineering and enterprise domain solutions.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring.
