• Experience building and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions leveraging LLM APIs, AI SDKs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain) and enterprise integrations.
• Experience designing intelligent agent workflows with memory management, RAG, tool calling, prompt orchestration, and context engineering.
• Experience implementing Responsible AI and quality practices, including AI evaluations (Evals), guardrails, safety controls, observability and monitoring.

Required

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, Mistral Doc Processing and validation, Accuracy computation
• Experience of building and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions leveraging LLM APIs, AI SDKs, agent frameworks (LangGraph, ADK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain), and enterprise integrations.
• Experience of designing intelligent agent workflows with memory management, RAG, tool calling, prompt orchestration, and context engineering to deliver reliable and scalable AI applications.
• Experience of implementing Responsible AI and quality practices, including AI evaluations (Evals), guardrails, safety controls, observability and monitoring using platforms such as LangFuse, ensuring performance, governance, and compliance.
• Experience of accelerating development using AI-native engineering tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and related coding assistants to improve developer productivity and solution quality.
