Ce poste propose des tâches variées allant de la gestion des documents contractuels à la vérification des données, idéal pour un diplômé en Commerce International ou Finance ayant une première expérience réussie. Qualifications

  • Expérience en back-office ou administration des ventes dans le secteur bancaire ou trading de matières premières.
  • Maîtrise des contrats commerciaux internationaux et marchés financiers ou énergétiques.
  • Capacité d'analyse solide et travail en équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Gestion contractuelle et financière des transactions commerciales.
  • Vérification des données dans l'outil de gestion des transactions.
  • Émission et validation des factures.

Description du poste

To support our rapidly accelerating development—with the acquisition of new clients and growing demand for bioLNG—we are looking for our Gas Back-Office Associate.

The role

As part of the Trading & Operations team, you will be responsible for the contractual, financial, and regulatory monitoring of all trading transactions and sales operations with our end clients:

  1. Issuance, validation, and submission for signature of purchase and sales contractual documents (master agreements, confirmations) as well as transport contracts
  2. KYC diligence and onboarding of new counterparties
  3. Verification of data inputs in our trades management tool against external information sources (confirmations / contracts / EEX trades)
  4. Issuance of sales invoices (end clients and market)
  5. Validation of purchase invoices before payment processing

Are you the perfect match?

You are a graduate of higher education specializing in International Trade or Finance and already have successful first experience of back-office or sales administration, ideally in the banking sector, commodity trading, or distribution.

Dynamic, autonomous, and motivated, you are also a rigorous and organized person who demonstrates intellectual curiosity.

You :

  • Have knowledge of how international commercial contracts and financial or energy markets operate
  • Master Excel and have experience handling data across multiple tools
  • Are comfortable with numbers and possess solid analytical skills
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are team-spirited
  • Must be fluent in English and ideally speak other European languages (Spanish, German, etc.)

Annual gross salary from €31,000 to €33,000 depending on experience, plus an individual performance bonus up to 10%.
