Details of the Offer

Family of professions: Prevention and Public Security > Municipal Police

Position: Gardien brigadier (Open to contractual candidates)

Full-time position, non-remote, non-management, with confirmed experience required.

Compensation: Statutory salary + fixed part ISFE 30% + variable part.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security of property and persons, maintain order, safety, and public health.
• Conduct surveillance and preventive activities, develop community engagement.

Working Conditions:

• Work abroad, 36 hours/week.
• Work hours: 7:00 to 19:00, with 1h45 break, rotating 5-day schedule (Monday to Friday) plus events.

Additional benefits include health insurance, CNAS membership, transportation costs, and equipment such as patrol tablets, radios, and safety gear.

Equipment and Missions:

• Armament, protective gear, communication devices, cameras, etc.
• Patrol, intervention, assistance, control, surveillance, and educational activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in public service, team-oriented, serious, discreet, available, committed to citizen service.
• Qualities: service-minded, empathetic, responsible, communicative, discreet, adaptable, quick-reacting.
• Physical fitness for pursuits and urgent interventions.
• First aid training required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, legal knowledge, weapon licensing, and valid B driving license.
