Jobtailor is seeking a proficient Social Media Manager to create and publish engaging content across platforms, with a deep understanding of gaming communities and live formats. You will craft captions, manage editorial calendars, and collaborate with producers to deliver viral content for Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, and more.

You will engage communities, monitor sentiment, optimize outcomes, and speak on behalf of the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management at a national media outlet or within the video game industry (studio, publisher, agency…)
• Writing/creator profile, comfortable with both short- and long-form formats
• Excellent knowledge of social platforms, their interaction mechanics and tools (publishing, analytics, moderation)
• Deep understanding of the Twitch ecosystem, its community mechanisms and activation methods
• Professional level of English

Responsabilités

• Create and publish content tailored to platform conventions: visuals, GIFs, carousels, short videos, threads, stories across platforms.
• Write captions for posts across all social channels.
• Schedule and publish posts according to the editorial calendar and internal planning.
• Regularly propose content ideas to feed the editorial schedule.
• Engage communities, speak on behalf of the media outlet, monitor comments and relay sentiment.
• Broadcast and host Live / Premiere formats on META, TikTok, Bluesky, X/Twitter, YouTube and others.
• Identify ambassadors and super-fans and develop their engagement.
• Coordinate external production of assets (images, thumbnails, GIFs, videos, trailers, copy).
• Collaborate with external partners to support content creation and distribution strategy.
• Maintain daily sector monitoring across social networks and trends.
• Make recommendations for innovative conversational initiatives.
