Ubisoft is seeking a game economy designer to design and optimize the balance of core game loop and progression systems, implementing configurations and balancing parameters. You will run data-driven simulations to forecast outcomes and react quickly to live player data.
The role requires strong numeric design, Excel proficiency, and fluent English, with collaboration across content, level design, art, and programming teams. Office-based in Paris region.
