Ubisoft Paris Studio is seeking a Prompt Specialist to join a multidisciplinary team focused on AI-driven gameplay features. You will design prompts, ensure cross‑department usability, and help optimize performance and costs while upholding quality across environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with QA, AI teams, and game designers, requiring strong writing, rapid learning, and a passion for innovative gameplay experiences in a dynamic studio.

Qualifications

• Passionate about video games and prior experience in a tech company.
• Experience designing prompts for multiple providers; knowledge of agents, function calling, reasoning strategies, and RAG.
• Fluent in English (French a plus); strong writing skills.
• Strong listening and synthesis abilities; translate needs into clear specs.
• Independent and curious by nature.

Responsabilités

• Participating in scoping and design of AI-driven game features.
• Ensuring accessibility and usability across departments.
• Maintaining prompt content consistency and optimizing latency and cost.
• Promoting best practices for prompt engineering and supporting teams.
• Creating manual and automated test scenarios with QA and AI teams.
