RH, a premier luxury home furnishings brand, is seeking a Gallery Facilities Leader in Paris to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and facilities operations across the gallery. You will manage teams, safety programs, and budgets while coordinating with leadership on capital expenditures and contractor engagements.

The role requires hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment, strong Excel skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead, plan, and coordinate the maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure optimum service level.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance including landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, dock doors/plats, and roofing.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and hazardous materials requirements.
• Interview, hire, and train highly skilled maintenance associates.
• Assist Leadership in forecasting capital expenditures and negotiating contracts.
• Monitor budgeting to maximize value when purchasing supplies and repair parts.
• Arrange contractor services for specialized repairs.

RH is seeking a Gallery Facilities Leader to join our team in providing world‑class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure optimum service level maintenance
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including: landscaping, lawn maintenance, employee and truck parking lot maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior lighting, dock doors, dock plates, trailer restraints and switch lights, roofing and fire protection systems
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to and enforcing food safety, workplace safety, and hazardous materials requirements
• Play an active role in interviewing, hiring, and training highly‑skilled and general maintenance associates
• Assist Leadership team in forecasting capital expenditures and negotiating contracts
• Monitor budgeting to ensure maximum value is obtained when purchasing supplies and repair parts
• Arrange for contractor services when needed for specialized repairs

• 5+ years experience in maintenance leadership in environment with high standards of operational excellence
• Hands‑on experience with repair of material handling equipment
• Ability to build teams, gain commitment from others and effectively manage the decision‑making process
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement
• Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with RF systems

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Move efficiently around the gallery, stockroom, and office
• This position involves prolonged standing, twisting, standing still, kneeling, and squatting
