Role Summary

The FX Salesperson will join the Foreign Exchange team at Marex Solutions (Marex Hedging Solutions Division) based in Paris, France.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a client base of small/mid-cap/large corporates in Germany and Austria for FX, generating revenue from own clients
  • Price, structure, model, and execute FX derivative transactions, complying with regulations
  • Collaborate with other sales teams to expand FX relationships and cross-sell to commodities clients
  • Perform client prospecting, onboarding, and respond to client queries; support the FX Sales team
  • Coordinate with internal teams supporting Hedging Solutions within EMEA and other regions (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Onboarding)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational risk framework
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and conduct, reflecting Company Values
  • Adhere to internal policies and report breaches or risks promptly
  • Conduct regulatory activities related to Marex Financial trading books
  • Liaise with clients
