• Define and structure projects by gathering customer requirements and setting specs, budget, and schedule.
• Lead engineering studies and decisions; size melting and forming equipment and validate solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across customers, suppliers and partners in international environment.
• Support execution through commissioning and start-up while complying with quality and cost targets.
