IQ 2.0 is seeking a Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in project management, particularly in an agile environment. You will bridge the business and development teams, ensuring successful project execution and high-quality deliverables.

Paris 8+ years Permanent Business analysis / Project management

You lead the business-side ownership (AMOA) of a strategic project for one of our clients, acting as the bridge between the business teams and the development teams, in an agile setup.

Your responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business needs, taking into account the existing landscape and the changes required.
• Write the functional requirements specification in an agile format (story map, Epics and User Stories, task breakdown in Azure DevOps).
• Support the internal project manager in organising and steering the project (governance, agile ceremonies, reporting).
• Run the agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives), carry out acceptance testing and guide the business teams through user acceptance testing.
• Ensure the link between business and development teams, safeguarding the schedule and the quality of deliverables.

Your profile

With a Master’s degree (project management, information systems or a related field), you have at least 8 years’ experience in project management, including 3 years as a functional (AMOA) project manager.

• Command of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and project-tracking tools.
• Proven skills in project management, reporting and leading committees.
• Soft skills: autonomy, rigour, team spirit, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and a sense of communication and responsibility.
