IQ 2.0 is seeking an experienced project manager in Paris or Montpellier to lead large-scale information system projects. You will oversee all phases from design to production, ensuring effective communication with teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of project management experience, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is proficient with project management methodologies and tools.

Paris or Montpellier 5+ years Permanent IS project direction

Reporting to the IT applications manager, you lead large-scale information-system projects from design through to production, and chair the project’s steering bodies.

Your responsibilities

• Manage IS projects from design to production, in collaboration with the Customer Services business department.
• Organise and monitor the operational upkeep of applications and keep documentation up to date.
• Contribute to setting up client reporting indicators.
• Gather and analyse business needs, and lead workshops and project committees.
• Write functional specifications and coordinate the IT, business and vendor teams.
• Support the delivery (MOE) and business (MOA) teams in drafting requirement specifications.
• Organise testing, deployment and application maintenance.
• Take part in shaping the evolution of the information system.
• Chair the steering bodies and project committees.

Your profile

• At least 5 years’ experience in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, rigour, autonomy and drive.
• Command of project-management methods (planning, budget, indicators) and PMO tools (SCIForma, JIRA).
• Adaptability and a strong team spirit.
