Your Challenge:

As a Fullstack Tech Lead within a Squad, your mission includes:

Coaching

• Mentoring developers and QA teams.
• Supporting technical and interpersonal growth.

Expertise

• Designing API enhancements based on Product Owner requests.
• Mastering API functionalities and business rules.
• Ensuring roadmap delivery.
• Monitoring development and conducting code reviews.
• Upholding quality standards and compliance.
• Participating in technology evolution and technological watch.
• Managing application SLAs and providing technical support.
• Overseeing change management and deployment processes.

Facilitation

• Facilitating communication across teams.

Candidate Profile

Educational background in engineering or equivalent.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Expertise in Java, JavaScript, VueJS, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, SASS, API Rest, ORM, CI/CD, and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools.
• Knowledge of test-driven development.
