Within a Squad, you will join as a Fullstack Tech Lead.

Responsibilities include:

• Coaching: Mentoring developers and QA, advancing the team technically and interpersonally.
• Expertise: Designing API enhancements, mastering API/business rules, ensuring roadmap delivery, monitoring progress, conducting code reviews, adhering to quality standards, participating in technology evolution, conducting technological watch, ensuring SLAs, supporting production/testing, and participating in change management.
• Facilitation: Facilitating communication between teams.

Qualifications

And you?

Higher education in engineering or equivalent.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
• Mastery of Java, JavaScript/VueJS, HTML5/CSS/SASS, API Rest, ORM, CI/CD, Design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools, and test-driven development.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership, decision-making, collaboration, adaptability, communication, open-mindedness, rigor, responsibility, efficiency, proactivity.

Languages: Fluent in French and English (reading, speaking, writing).
