What you'll be doing

1. Install, maintain and optimize products and configurations at customer's site
2. Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
3. Perform maintenance and fixing
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance
5. Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business
6. Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions

What you'll need to be successful

1. Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
2. Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
3. Proven IT skills in Windows, networking and SQL database
4. Broadcast knowledge
5. Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
6. Strong communication skills in English
7. Self-starter who is excited about technology
8. BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
