About the role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer with a strong frontend focus. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and marketing, helping to build and evolve web experiences that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Replika’s platform.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to implement features that directly support our growth goals – from landing pages and A / B tests to analytics and user journeys. At the same time, you’ll be contributing to core frontend infrastructure and backend services, with the potential to get involved in broader product work over time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and landing pages using modern frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS) – expect to spend 50–70% of your time on frontend tasks.
• Build and optimize integrations with third-party tools (e.g. analytics, A / B testing, attribution, CRM platforms).
• Contribute to backend systems, supporting APIs, basic automation workflows, and internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement features that drive user acquisition, engagement, and growth.
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and responsive design across web experiences.
• Analyze and improve site performance, UX, and conversion metrics.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to broader engineering projects, including core product features.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of frontend development experience: expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
• At least 1.5 years of backend experience: Java, Scala or Kotlin.
• Proven experience integrating marketing tools.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher).

Nice to Have

• Experience with server-side rendering and static site generators.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI / CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or consumer technology company.
• Understanding of marketing concepts such as conversion optimization, attribution modeling, and user segmentation.
