Alan is hiring a backend engineer to scale our contract and service stack for a multi-country healthcare platform. You will build robust services with Python/Flask and PostgreSQL, collaborating with AI pricing and other engineering teams to deliver real-time pricing and contracts.

You'll work in a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration, while enjoying remote-work flexibility and a strong culture focused on user access to care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building scalable backend systems.
• Experience with high-traffic applications that users rely on.
• Proficiency with Python/Flask and PostgreSQL.
