Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking two experienced DevOps/Fullstack Developers to join our dynamic teams. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Java, React, and AWS, with proficient hands-on experience in CI/CD, Datadog, and observability practices. A proactive and independent approach to analyzing existing services and implementing configuration changes is crucial. Ideal candidates are fast learners who exhibit a strong sense of ownership, allowing them to provide mentoring and uplift the team's overall observability maturity.

Main Responsibilities:

Accelerate migration to Datadog, focusing on alarms and dashboards.

Analyze existing services and make configuration changes independently.

Ensure compliance with environment policies and alignment with service rulebooks.

Contribute to end-to-end testing efforts.

Provide mentoring to improve team knowledge and practices in observability.

Support the team in maintaining a stable foundation for technical availability.

Implement effective monitoring and alerting solutions.

Work collaboratively to enhance the availability roadmap.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience as a DevOps/Fullstack Developer.

Proficiency in Java, React, and AWS.

Extensive knowledge of CI/CD processes.

Experience with Datadog and observability.

Strong mentoring and knowledge-sharing skills.

Ability to work independently in analyzing and improving services.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Argo Rollout.

Familiarity with service monitoring and alerting methodologies.

Previous experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
