Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
4. Stay informed about current products, trends, and promotions to provide up-to-date information.
5. Support visual merchandising of the store.
6. Maintain store standards, including the back of house.
7. Be a role model for the brand and uphold personal presentation standards.
8. Ensure products are properly tagged with accurate pricing and information.
9. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling various payment methods.
10. Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization.
11. Replenish the shop floor as needed.
12. Communicate daily needs and updates with management.

Candidate Requirements

1. Highly motivated and interested in fashion.
2. Target-driven with experience in customer service or retail preferred.
3. Ability to interact effectively in a busy environment.
4. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift over 50 pounds, climb ladders, and use a stepping stool.
5. Flexible to work weekends and evenings.
6. Eligible to work in the US.
7. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
8. Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not essential.
