Ivy Rehab is seeking a Patient Coordinator for its Kannapolis, NC clinics. This full-time role supports the clinical team by greeting patients, coordinating appointments, handling calls, and assisting with insurance verification and authorizations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of healthcare admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, patient‑focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check-in patients and scheduling of appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and verify insurance coverage.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and collect payments.
• Process new patients and assist clinic operations to maintain performance.
