NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a significant stake in their market. This is a really cool client - they avoid pointless meetings, focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and are planning serious growth!

I have placed two developers there, both have stayed over 4 years, and are still with the company. They leave a great impression on candidates, even those not selected.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

You?:

• A lover of the RoR stack, ideally with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills – written and verbal – proficiency required
• Able to work French hours with +/- 2 hours flexibility
