NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a significant stake in their market.

This is a really cool client - they avoid pointless meetings, focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and are planning serious growth!

I have placed 2 developers there who have stayed over 4 years and are still with the company.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate the root cause of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

You?:

• Passionate about the RoR stack – ideally with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills – written and verbal – must be proficient
• Able to work French hours +/- 2 hours

Interview process:

1. Meet with EM/CTO – discuss the role, company, and your background
2. Technical coding challenge
3. Feedback discussion and meeting wider team members
