NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. They are known for their efficient work culture—no pointless meetings, a focus on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and ambitious growth plans. Candidates often have a positive experience with this client, and many developers stay long-term.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, APIs, and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and integrate with mobile apps

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)
