NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France that holds a significant stake in their market. This is a highly regarded client - they avoid pointless meetings, focus on fixing problems rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked with this client often leave positive impressions; I have placed two developers there, both of whom have stayed for over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate the root cause of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Requirements:

• Passion for the RoR stack – ideally with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Strong English skills – written and verbal – proficiency required
• Ability to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility
