NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is known for a pragmatic work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than just covering them up, and they have ambitious growth plans. Candidates have consistently positive impressions of this company; I have placed two developers there who have stayed over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Candidate Profile:

• Passionate about the Ruby on Rails stack with 4+ years of experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:
