NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEV – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. They have a straightforward work culture, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked there often stay long-term, with some staying over 4 years.

The Role:

1. Greenfield development
2. Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
3. Work with a Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
4. Use PostgreSQL database and develop mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work French hours with a +/- 2-hour flexibility

Interview Process:
