NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. They are known for a no-nonsense approach, focusing on fixing issues rather than covering cracks, and have ambitious growth plans. Candidates who have worked with this client have had positive experiences, with some staying over four years.

The Role:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a pure Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Use PostgreSQL database and mobile apps

Ideal Candidate:

• Love for the RoR stack with 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Able to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)
