NEW ROLE – BACKEND RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPER – REMOTE

The client is a well-established e-commerce company based in France with a significant market share. This client is highly regarded for their efficient work culture and growth ambitions. Candidates who have worked there often stay for over 4 years.

Role Responsibilities:

• Greenfield development
• Identify and communicate root causes of problems to establish better solutions
• Work with a Ruby backend library, communicating with APIs and a modern Rails app
• Manage PostgreSQL database and mobile app integrations

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 4+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work French hours (+/- 2 hours)

Interview Process:

• Meet with EM/CTO to discuss the role, company, and your background
• Complete a technical coding challenge
• Feedback session and meeting with wider team members
